Neurora's Roadmap

Roadmap: 2025–2026

Neurora is being developed in structured phases to ensure stability, performance, and long-term value creation. The initial focus is on enabling AI-related workloads, with other components such as the reward system, token utility, and broader use cases entering production gradually throughout 2026.

Phase 1: Core Infrastructure & AI Onboarding Q3–Q4 2025

  • Launch of the Neurora network with support for GPU-based AI workloads

  • Integration with Morphware as the computational backbone

  • Testing and optimization of task distribution, load balancing, and model execution

  • Onboarding of early users to contribute GPU power for AI training and inference

  • Internal reward tracking (without token distribution) to validate performance metrics

  • Strategic outreach to AI developers and institutions

Primary focus: Delivering reliable AI processing at scale through a decentralized GPU network.

Phase 2: Reward System Activation & Community Expansion Q1 2026

  • Launch of the native Neurora token reward mechanism

  • Real-time tracking and distribution of rewards based on computational output

  • Introduction of user dashboards with performance analytics and earnings visibility

  • Deployment of initial staking and liquidity mechanics for token holders

  • Community onboarding campaigns and incentive programs for new contributors

Utility expands from AI processing to value generation — making Neurora profitable for everyday users.

Phase 3: Multi-Use Workloads and Cross-Sector Applications Q2–Q3 2026

  • Extension of supported workloads beyond AI: 3D rendering, scientific modeling, and financial simulations

  • Rollout of developer SDKs and APIs for custom task deployment

  • Launch of marketplace for task publishers and GPU contributors

  • Partnerships with platforms in gaming, biotech, finance, and academic research

Neurora evolves into a universal computing platform, enabling a wide spectrum of decentralized workloads.

Phase 4: Governance, Ecosystem Growth & Decentralization Q4 2026

  • Launch of governance mechanisms allowing token holders to vote on key protocol upgrades

  • Decentralization of task validation, reputation scoring, and dispute resolution

  • Expansion of the Neurora ecosystem through grants, integrations, and third-party tooling

  • Full network sustainability model with long-term incentives for all participants

A mature, decentralized, community-driven computing infrastructure ready to power the next wave of global innovation.
